Italian Bread by the My Way Chef

 Don't you just love Italian bread?  I do.  I want to make my own so I went searching online and this recipe looks like a winner.

INGREDIENTS:

In a bowl on a scale:

335 Grams All Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

On a scale in a 2-cup measure:

200 Grams warm (100*) Water

1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

Let it foam, then add to the flour and mix.

Oil to grease a bowl.

This recipe uses a Food Processor.


Seems easy enough.  I will let you know when I try it.
