CHOCOLATE WALNUT CLUSTERS

Someone asked me for my recipe for the Walnut Clusters.  I thought I should post it here for all to see with pictures.

Ingredients:

12 oz. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate Squares

14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 1/2 Cups Chopped Walnuts

Just 3 ingredients and so simple and quick to make.

You will also need baking sheets, waxed paper and a double boiler or a bowl over hot water.

Break up the chocolate pieces in the top of the double boiler or pan over hot water.

Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved.  Remove pan from heat.

Add your can of condensed milk and stir until its completely incorporated.

Once its all smooth and mixed together, you will add your walnuts.

I use a wooden spoon for all these mixings and stirrings.

With two teaspoons, spoon your candy onto baking sheets covered in waxed paper or parchment paper.

Depending on how large a spoonful you use, you can get from 30 to 40 pieces of chocolate.
Place the sheets in the fridge til the candy chills and becomes solid.  At that time you can place them in covered containers.  Be sure to keep them refrigerated or they will get too soft.
They are so delicious and so easy to make.
If you notice the few pieces with walnuts on top......when I get down to the bottom of the bowl, the last pieces sometimes have very little nuts in them so I just place some on top.  I love my walnuts.
Enjoy!
